After spending 2 weeks on Lazada creating products and starting to sell I am still unable to get my products delivered to customers. One order we personally delivered and provided evidence of delivery but the order still shows as ready to ship. We told them we deliver using our own fleet but this status still has not been updated. The help centre is the most frustrating and most incompetent I ever dealt with. We submitted and did everything as instructed by the help centre but none of the changes gets updated in our seller centre. Despite also contacting their support centre every day all we get told is that they will monitor the status.
