Brian Combs was our sales person, he was by far the worst sales person we have ever dealt with. He had no problem calling us over 20 times in the past year. We found a cheap $5,959 used camper at Couches and talked to him about coming down to make a deal on it. We show up and no one could find him. We called prior to showing up and spoke with Brian regarding what time we would be there. We waited around from 1-3:00, the owner paged him again no one could find him. We thought we were doing the right thing waiting to give him our business. Monday morning and we still haven't heard anything from him, so my husband called to see what the deal was. Brain ended up handing up on my husband. I would rather spend more money at Camping World than give Couches Campers any of my business. I know $5,959 isn't a large sale, but it is still a sale. As well, my parents were with us and were very interested in purchasing a new camper off the lot, needless to say they won't be back either.
