This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL office I have ever been to. The staff was extremely rude and acted as though it was a bother that patients were there because it was interfering in their chatting and doing nothing time. As I was sitting in the exam room with the DOOR CLOSED, I could hear the staff talking about patients, referring to one woman having a “man’s voice” then imitating it as all the staff laughed. They continued about how this patient acts “entitled”. If I could hear them 2 doors away, Dr. S., who was in a closer exam room, HAD TO HEAR THEM, but she never came out and addressed anything as if it is acceptable behavior. When I came out of the exam room to confront them, NONE of the staff said a word, which further validated how unprofessional and uncaring of an office this is. If they do this with 1 patient, they would do it TO YOU TOO. I walked out as I wouldn’t want to be part of any office that treats its patients in this manner.
