They solicit you and are very aggressive in wanting your business. You are quoted a certain price, if you are lucky you may get charged this promotional price quote. After a few months your bill keeps increasing to unbelievable costs. You must then call to renegociate new price which is NEVER what they quote. I cancelled with Bell as I moved and was charged astronomical fees. User's recommendation: Never use bell unless you have no other alternatives.
