This is same situation that happened to me twice. I sent driver to do oil change and they supposedly find out that transmission has no oil in it. Less then 2 months old trany. Go figure. They claiming they got approval from our company to do it and they havent even called in nor had driver call. There is no transmission it would last more then 50 miles with out oil. They claiming they add 26 quarts of oil. RIP OFF lazy *** Mexicans. Got stabbed with 700+ dollars bill. Tried to talk their manager but he has minimum knowledge of English. I will make sure we never send trucks there again and will never recommend any of their location, specially one in Laredo TX.
