Worst phone service company ever

Went on Pre Paid plan $25 pm for son - pays to read the fine print that they don't provide an option NOT to auto top up. Bills were about $10 more every month so after up to an hour or more on the phone they advised none of their plans were able to block auto top up. Have a valid Credit Card on their system for payment ( double checked and triple checked ) and not one month could they debit the account even though the car is hardly ever used and always funds available. Opted to can Southern Phone and my final bill included a late payment fee as they could not debit my Credit Card. This was not the first time this happened. Now 54 mins on hold to the company DONT EVER CONSIDER GOING WITH SOUTHERN PHONE As I have to mark a star on this review I have to go with one but prefer to give them a NONE
