Since 2015 I have had nothing but issues with Briova. Each person you speak with has a different answer, and not able to find notes from previous representatives. The resolution team is the some of the rudest people I have ever spoken too. This company only cares about making money!! They do not seem to care one bit that they are dealing with life saving medications. They have employees working from home that lie and say no one is available when you ask for a manager. They have to transfer you, when the “supervisor” picks up it sounds like any other call center. And the supervisors aren’t very knowledgeable or helpful. It is a shame a class action suit hasn’t been filed yet! This horrible horrible company is messing with people’s medication.
