Worst Patient Care Ever.

I asked for help in Oct. 2020, pain, numbness, tingling in left arm and shoulder. I've had cervical spinal fusion in '04, now having problems in same area. MRI late Nov. Phone call from surgeon Jan '21 this is 11 weeks after asking for help. No treatments or exams...
