Worst organization I have ever used for any purpose. Staff in Mesquite, NV is arrogant, uncaring and unprofessional. Billing department cannot get their act together, even though every appt had a pre-auth. They consistently bill the wrong provider and then dun me and threaten my credit when that provider returns the billing. Call in a re-fill? Prepare to do it at least 4 times and then have to walk in and get it because they will never actually send it to the pharmacy. Dr. Zinser was the best doctor I have had in my entire life. This organization managed to let him get away, mainly because of the complete lack of support. Avoid this place like the plague, you'll thank me later.
