Update by user Nov 26, 2020 No resolution. I am about to receive two phones and $2000 on my credit card over christmas because of terrible customer service. This after spending 2 and a half hours in total on hold trying to get this resolved. Original review posted by user Nov 26, 2020 I purchased an item on line. Was given a message that something went wrong with the order. So I ordered again. Only to find out that both orders went through. I immediately tried to cancel and the cancel button did not work. I tried calling immediately and couldnt get through. I then sat on hold for 45 minutes only to be hung up on. I then held another 45 minutes and was assured the order was cancelled. My credit card is still charged and I have not received any notification of the credit. I am now sitting on hold and after another 45 minutes, no one was answered. I officially will never shop at Best Buy again. User's recommendation: Don’t use their on line service.
