So many issues from the beginning, misleading and bad communication. They are misleading and have lack of care for customers. they will not let me cancel and will not lower payment even though faulty equipment and inability to problem solve. I signed up for a year, now they say it is for 3 years. If I want to cancel they will charge $1,500.00. Bad business. The equipment never works, I spent many hours (not exaggerating) with the technicians who all wan to keep replacing equipment which is not convenient having to mail back and forth so many times. Everything is self manual and over the phone. They are prompt at taking your payments but not at responding to phone calls or returning calls. One tech seemed to care and was unavailable after we hung up the phone afterward.
