Worst (non existent) customer service

Company has always been SLOW to ship my orders. To wait...and wait...and wait and then receive the WRONG stuff is frustrating. Reaching out MULTIPLE times to their supposed customer service (both phone and email/contact) resulted in simply being totally ignored. LOST - forever - a long term, repeat customer due to simply not caring, from proper order selection, to ship times, to making things right when the company made a mistake, was simply too much to ask for.
