DO NOT USE THEM. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD. The packers went through all of my belongs and read through personal letters. They also did not pack the boxes properly, just dumped stuff inside of the box without actually wrapping anything. The majority of movers that were suppose to help move us into our fourth floor walkup CANCELLED because Pack and Load and scheduled us during a time they were unavailable. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. When I called them about the issue they refused to do anything about it. They would not answer the phone, or return any of my calls. When I finally talked to someone 36 hours after my miserable move, he did NOTHING. DOUG IS THE WORST SERVICE REP. He took my information and then never called me back. I called back 4 times and he still wouldnt talk. He had someone else tell me that they would give mw $200 off (but still charge me $1400) for a service that I did NOT receive. Doug still will not call me back, and only has people talk to me that know nothing about my case, so they can feign ignorance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
