Worst light company ever and very poor customer services.

I want waiting on hold for hours trying to get through to them on the phone to discuss my bill. In the interim, they turned my lights off before it was due to be shut off. I had to pay a extra money for them to put it back on for the next day. The people that they sends out to your house to turn off the light is worst than Thugs. They come like the thief in the night that they are. They do not let you get a opportunity to call the light company( not that you would've gotten though) or make a payment. They also is very rude. I feel like we are held hostage and the system is purposely set up to screw people over. Eversource has a mob mentally and nothing going to change. After you pay what they want then the next bill is high because they tack on all these fee. You will never get out of a hold. They know everyone needs light so they strong arm you into a box. They company does not have a local location where you can pay the Bill. When you call your on hold for hours. I feel the people coming to turn off the light get commission for how many lights they cut off. NO compassion that it is winter. At least CL&P had a place where you could pay your bill, was more customer friendly and if they came to turn off your light and you could make that payment and show them the confirmation. They would not cut it off.
