The Property Manager (Carol Anne) is the most uncompetent, disrespectful , characterial personn I ever seen. She doesn't know how to do her job: totally unprofessionnal and unefficient. She does her bad job by yelling at the tenants or at her team in the main hall of the building. All day long, she sits on the stairs in the main entrance of the building and smoke her cigarette with the cleaning man while the phone is ringing in her office. No answer on the phone and no call back....As if no one works in the office. She clearly cannot deal with this job and the position. She's rude with the tenants. And when you complain to her manager, Valérie Bessette, she puts the blame on the tenants as if we are her employees.... Another uncompetent !!! Capreit sells a high end housing but, in facts, you'll have a cheap management and cheap service with cheap behaviour. They are bullying , harassing and discriminating the tenants and they don't care about the Client satisfaction. They only care about incrising abousively the rent and downsizing the services. Lots of tenants are fed up with them and refuse the rental increase. You can go check at '' regie du logement'' web site.
