Worst ISP I’ve ever dealt with
Their internet service is completely unreliable. It's consistently down, with no offered explanations as to why. When it does work, you don't even get half of the speed you pay for. I pay for 60Mbps, but I've NEVER gotten that. Plus, they don't even send their billing statements out every month. Horrible company with no regard for its consumers!
