Worst Internet Service and very expensive

I started having internet connection problems about 3 months ago, called support and had technicians come out to replace the line from box outside house to modem inside - about 190 feet run. Replaced with new dsl modem and netgear router- worked for about a week. Tech came out again moved port location. Tech came out again to test tube on street box and move the port again. Now I am having problems connecting to the internet again. This Friday another tech coming out and the maybe refer to the maintenance crew to replace the street line to my house. Too bad I can't get any other Internet service.
