I have completed a move order over the phone for july 9th 8-12. When i called back to confirm i was told that i never called and never took an appointment. They rescheduled again after a representative apologized and applied a 50% discount to my internet plan. My new appointment was now july 10th 8-12 am . I assured i had someone at my appartment so the technician can access the appartment. At 12 no one showed up once again i called and was told i never had an appointment. Twice i made sure i had someone available, taking 4 hours of their day for nothing. This type of customer service is unacceptable. I wanted to stay with the company but i could not risk having someone wait a 3rd time for nothing. Also i was promised email confirmations for both reservations and the applied discount. I never received anything for either.
