I live in Monroe, Ga, and Windstream is the only internet service this POS community allows within its backwards hick town borders and They Suck! I’ve been paying for “high speed internet” from this sheister company for going on 12 years. Upload is less than 2.7 mbps, download is less than 1 mbps every day, falling off completely at 3:00pm in the afternoon. Numerous calls to this *** company does absolutely no good. My husband and I work from home a lot and rely on internet to conduct business. I’m at the point of researching legal avenues against them for the costs of service promised but not delivered over the past 12 years.
