Thought by being a company dealing in organic fertilization, I would have them take care for my lawns. Along with that I hired them to irrigate, & then on top of that I paid for mosquito control. They were charging quite a bit, but I'll pay for what I get. What I get will be the key words at the end of this. Because I have lung problems, I couldn't have chemical *** killer all over, so they were to do a spot *** to *** application. Never did that & never sent anyone out to analyze as promised. I then made it necessary for them to call before coming due to a pool situation & locked gate. Somebody just decided to do what they wanted to & come anyway. They came when I was out of the country. Couldn't get into the back but decided to charge me anyway. Tried to get resolved & called 4 times. Today, the day I got out of the hospital, & a month later, Erin their manager calls. She is rude arrogant & arguementative. Says she is charging me in full because they would come out to do it. Told her she never called to fix this long ago & now its too late--- don't want them there. She's rude argumentative & trying to talk over me is more confirmation as to how this company does business. This company is anything but reliable & cared anything about customer care. If I listened to manager Erin, she'd be gone on the spot.. What a disgusting person she is & a representative of that compsny.
