I had two service claims with them. Both failed horribly. The most recent one is just nightmare and is still ongoing. My garbage disposal was broken and I raised the claim to American Residential Warranty on 2/23. I was told Lowe (the repair center they chose) will call me in 5 days. I waited for 8 days. No call received from Lowe. I called American Residential Warranty again. Then I was told Lowe will call in two days. Three days passed. No call. I called again and was told Lowe will call next day. two days passed. Still No call. I called again today and was told Lowe will call in next a few minutes. Two hours passed. Still no call. This is completely wasting of my money and time. I had spent almost 1 hour with them on phone every day now.
