Worst hair trim ever and so expensive

I asked for a trim not more than 1/2 inch, The girl cut it too short, I hate it, looks awful. She charged $21 which I thought was out of line since I never had a shampoo. Won't go back to this place again. May never cut my hair for one year so it grows back. People like her should be fired.
