They state they offer precision haircuts. One thingowner "Connie" doesn't mention is that some of their stylists are not competent to do the simplest haircuts. Their Aveda hair products also smell like dead plants and the odor takes a week to wash out completely. Their Complimentary stress relieving hand massage is likely for the Stress you'll encounter after getting the worst haircut ever. They don't even check if the bottom or sides are cut even. Texturizing a lot to hide their mistakes and plastering it with stinky Aveda products. NEVER AGAIN! Be Warned. Manager & Owner Connie does not know the meaning of providing good customer service to her clients. She is very rude even after admitting the haircut was not acceptable to their so-called standards. Which by the way is Very LOW STANDARD. Great Clips can do a better job any day.
