I have long hair down to my waist it's taken me years to grow. I've colored my hair roughly for the last 30 years with no issue. I ordered eSalon product and used it. It has completely change the texture of my hair I can't even brush through it clumps of hair come out. Everyday my brush is filled with broken hair can't even express how devastating this has been. When I complained to eSalon about this problem the answer was there working on reformulating the product. How in good conscience can you subject your clients to a product you know is inadequate and damaging. Shame on u.
