They are the worst food delivery app, 1st as after 3 hours when restaurant didn't confirmed the order i cancelled the order, which they suppose to refund the money...which is now a month and have not received my refund, post ordering food they take such a long time to deliver that a person could die with hunger...when we try to connect with customer services person...there is no reply from their end...they will just message a standard reply that they will reach to us shortly, which never happens...neither there services is on time...nor there customer services is supportive...am just my funds to be refunded...post that will be deleting there app...those who want to loose out their hard earned money or die from hunger can download FOODPANDA App.. Thanks
