Absolutely ridiculous! Called prior to ordering same day delivery and she ensured me they could delivered if ordered by 1. I ordered them at 11 am and still no delivery at 6. They emailed after I inquired about my purchase and they emailed requiring an additional $25 to process the order and "try" to deliver the next day. Worst customer service representative as well.
