Worst financial institution I have ever encountered
1
Had the misfortune of needing to suddenly drop over $300 on car tires when i was between paychecks. This was back in summer of 2016. An account was set up for me and i was somehow not given the information for about 6 months, making my account horribly past due. I was called almost every single day at such weird hours (such as 7:30 in the morning ON A SATURDAY and after business hours during the week) that i assumed it was a scam and answered only with "take me off your call list". Somehow, when i trief to call in to pay, my number was not linked to my account. How cute. I ended up paying almost 3 times the amount i originally owed due to the insane incompetance of this company and my credit was damaged in the process, which is especially awesome as i was 19 when i got it and just starting out on my own. I finished paying it off in November 2017. So why, in January 2018, am i being charged $18 in interest and late fees on an account with a balance of $0???????? I hope this company goes down fast. I have never heard a positive experience from anyone else about this company either. They are out to ruin your credit and take as much as they can get with their ridiculous late fees and they give 0 *** about hiding it.
