Worst experience with swiggy

I have ordered meal on Swiggy at 7:45 on 13/08/2021. I had waited for 1 hour but still it showed Your food is being prepared. After the frustrated waiting period, i called customer care. I talked with junior and senior customer care executive. But poor response from the team. I really disappointed. I requested them not to cancel my order and return my money as a compensation. But they only canceled order and initiated refund. I would like to file a dispute and i talked with my lawyer. Soon i will take further action against these frustrating experience. User's recommendation: I will inform all my contacts via different social media account and start a campaign against swiggy.
