I had scheduledan appointment with one sales representative and even had Used Car Manager call and confirm my appointment that morning. On arriving at sales lot person approched me and I ask for person I was suppose to be meeting. Well, first he didn't know who this person was but then was able to call him on phone to see where he was, then he was going to have to help me as my rep. I was to meet with was out due to emergency. I understand being out for emergency situation but this is where it gets good. This sales rep. never introduced himself and he than states that I was his appointment that he was expecting all along and didn't know why I would ask for other. Now, I'm a realistic person knowing my credit and my history and knowing the posiblity that I most likely would not get qualified and told him such. At this point I feel like he treated me as a joke, keep answering his phone being gone 10-15 minutes coming back to say still working on it and back on his phone. I finally got sick of his rude behavior and said I needed to leave by 230pm, he then came back at 225pm said I needed $4000 down and just walked away from me. I get that i had bad credit and some high terms but some of those was to see what the dealership could really offer as he didn't take to minutes to carry on a conversation with me he didn't realize I was in sales a one point. I truely felt that I was just a joke to him that he didn't have time for. The only reason I learned his name was because I look at his business card. Never a hand shake hello my name is...or hand shake good bye sorry we couldn't make this work. I have never been treated so bad. I will NEVER go back to Jeff Wyler again nor would I ever refer someone here.
