Worst experience. I got delivered wrong product

I have ordered you for Mi band 4 (order number - OD121838****7217****) on date -20 may 2021 but I have received M5 band on 24 may 2021. The product Delivered were not What we Have originally ordered. And Customer care person had not approved our second request for returning the product. I have attached herewith the invoice which has been sent to me while ordering the Mi band 4.
