Worst experience ever-horrible communication

I Bought some bunk beds in 2016 unfurtunally one of the side rails broke I have been calling for more than 6 months to order it or have it made like they tell me they will since they keep askimg for the measurements and as always I call 1 week later just to make sure it's ready and till this day I keep waiting for it, I've called so many times trying to find out what's going on and no one seems to help me. I've talked to different people in store and that's counting managers which one of them was horribly rude his name was NICK and I have also called corporate and it seems I have been waisting my saliva I even emailed TROY which is one of the DISTRIC MANAGERS and i have not recieved a call or email back from him instead i got a called from another manager named EDWARD and the only thing that he tell me is to go in-store to take the damage piece and have it paid hoping they will order it or make it Every rep that I've talked to I have asked them if I had to paid it before ordering it or if I could order it and just pay it before picking it up and they said yes that that was okey they never told me that I had to be paid off prior to ordering it or having it made it's either they need to have more communication as a business or just get things together so they can be on the same page. I would never recommend this store to anyone Worst experience ever
