seotic tsnks backed up and i was recommended to use him. He promised to come on monday, never showed up. Never called. I called him every day for a week and a half. Finally showed up just to put plugs in the top of the tanks after he promised he would pump them out and dig them up he never showed up and then he only had one plug and had to use my second plug from my tank and drill it out and then charged me $100 for it. Then after he put the plugs in he didn't have a cap for one of them he left it uncovered then the first cap he fixed he didn't put the butyl tape around the lid right and the plug leaked in red clay dirt went back in the tank after a heavy rain of about 3 in and when he had gotten ready to leave the day before he knocks on the door and says I'm through I got to go I need to be paid after I had waited a week and a half for this man he is the worst person to ever use for septic tanks I would never use him again and we'll give him a bad review every chance I get *** *** *** ***
