There is a high probability that Accredo Pharmacy will be the reason I end up in jail. I can’t handle dealing with such absolutely incompetence. I just want to cry. My daughter can’t even walk without limping right now, she is taking Advil twice a day. Accredo told me I had to use CVS specialty pharmacy, CVS told me I have to use Accredo. Spoke with a lady on Tuesday at Accredo who was helpful, got a supervisor to approved the medication, she apologized and said she had no idea why someone from their business told me to use CVS, said I would get the medicine Wednesday or Thursday....I just not got a call from someone at Accredo who said she doesn’t have the Ilaris on file, and that it was voided, and she named another medicine I hadn’t heard of. Said she was gonna call the doctors office. I seriously am about to lose my mind. My daughter hasn't had her medicine since December 12th 2018. She has missed 4 doses. Every single time I have to order her medicine, they *** it up. The last time they told me they needed a prior auth, there was a prior auth on file, I had a copy in my hand. The customer service idiot didn't check to make sure the medication name and chemical name where the same, she assumed because it was different that it wasn't the correct medicine.
