I worked here for almost a year and made it to assistant manager. I found a much better job that will be a career when I submitted my 2 week notice the Store Manager threw it away and started to refuse putting me on the schedule. Now tax time comes around and they refuse to give me my W2 and corporate office will NOT answer their phones. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. I feel so bad for all of the people who received ear piercings from Claires it is unsanitary and unsafe. The training they boast about is only a cardboard "ear" and to sign a paper. Please do NOT let your children get their ears done here.
