WORST Delivery Company I have ever dealt with!

Order placed with Walmart.com, package picked up from Wal Mart on time, arrived two weeks late, damaged. They never came back for the damaged package after Wal Mart sent a pick up request, sat in my yard for a month until I told Walmart I was charging storage, they sent a different company to pick up. The "replacement" is still missing two months later, and Wal Mart is refusing a refund because Estes Delivery Worldwide is showing the item as "out for delivery" for over a month now. On 3-27, 4-3, 4-11 & 4-12 EFW has spoke to me promising delivery, on 4-13 I still have no pool, no surprise. Original order was placed 2/4/2018.
