Worst delivery/circulation/routing management ever!!!

I have been receiving print WSJ newspaper every morning over the past several months. However, I do NOT have any subscription or account for WSJ. I never do. I have emailed their customer service for at least 5 times and made at least 8 phone calls, trying to stop the delivery, but nothing works. In every communication, I was told and reassured that it would stop, but I am still receiving the newspaper. I feel very stuck and frustrated. The fact that I don't even have an account to "control" the delivery really freaked me out. What if I need to go on a vacation for an extended period? Should I just let the newspapers pile up on my driveway? I tried their Twitter, Facebook, customer service phone number, email, but I guess they just don't care.
