WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE AT CHAPMAN CHEVROLET IN TEMPE ARIZONA

eryone car shopping ever stay clear of Chapman Chevrolet. Went to purchase a car on April 6, 2015 the vehicle was brand new I drove it to eat lunch with my daughter. After lunch the car wouldn't start then the second time it started and the check engine light came on. Keep in mind dealership is in Tempe and I am in Surprise and this happened in Phoenix. I drove back to the lot and the guys who fix the vehicles were gone so they put me in a different (new car on the lot) and put a dealer plate on it. They told me to come back Monday. I drove back Monday after work from Central Phoenix only to arrive to be told they are still working out the details on the financing so I had to leave with the same loaner car and drive it in the meantime and was told come back again Tuesday. I came back Tuesday and was told they thought it was best I stayed in this car until the financing was completed. I explained it was a tad inconvenient and they agreed to fill up the tank with gas for me. I've called them several times I have phone records to document with no follow up or return calls for weeks. Two weeks ago I was called and told they can't get it approved in the new car and asked me to bring the car back I agreed but said it would be that weekend and then asked them to have my 2500.00 down payment check ready, then the sales manager George asked okay can you bring it today then, I said no this weekend he agreed. I called back minutes later and said I would consider a deal if they can do it on a used version of the same car he said okay I'll work on it and call you back. Heard nothing, two days ago I got a call from the dealership they didn't leave a message I called back asked to speak to the sales manager he wasn't available. Sales man Ike called saying what happened I explained he said would talk to George. No call. Today I get a call saying they have inventory and need the car back I said Well I'm at work and have plans this weekend can I bring the car back this weekend. The sales man Ike said I don't know I'll ask George and call you back. All of a sudden I get a text message cussing at me and saying they're going to report the car stolen if it's not returned by 5 pm. I don't even get off work until 5 p.m. and I am a single Mother. I've never refused to return the car and I can show proof of all of this. Please stay away from this so called "family owned business" this is the worst experience ever. Below are the text messages the one the salesman inadvertently sent to me lying and my reply. Please share and forward to everyone you know people should NOT be treated this way ever! Text Messages from Ike: OK she is being an ***. She said she wants u to have her 2500 bucks ready I told her that I will send a couple of people there to pick up the car ad drop hers off. I told her it's inventory and the bank wants to see the vehicle. She started ***. She got company this weekend and no not givingbup the car this weekend. Bullsit I am pissed off at her. Everyone is in trouble because of this one car. She does not understand it its the banks CSR and they want to see it. I don't know how else to explain it to her. Ok. You are pidsed of atme and I am at her for not understanding that I am in or refusing to understand. Ike we needbtonreport the car stolen bring me file to forward to tempe PD. Me: The next time you decide to talk bad about your customer it would be wise to not send it to your customer. Please delete my number and don't ever contact me again. Thank you. Then I received a text from their automated system: 556-78 trish I apologize that we were not able to get your deal finalized with lender. But I have to inform you...if you do not return the vehicle back to chapman Chevrolet by 5:00 PM 05/14/15 I will be forwarding info as refusel to return goods, you have been warned. again I apologize we where trying to work with you.
