This company is dismissive and/or diminishing, even condescending to you when you call their store about problems with a purchase. They offer no solutions only to put everything back on the customer. They never know what to do except when you escalate the problem to corporate office and/or to the manufacturer. If you think you're going to have a good transaction or expect nothing to go wrong when you buy something or only expect the best, don't go here. If there's a problem with an item, you're on your own! I'd never go back even though I've bought most of my appliances here over the years. It had been several years since we've had to buy...and surprise! Boy have things changed!!!!!
