Worst Customer Swrvice experience ever

I called into a grande today due to an unexpected increase in my internet bill.. I talked Richard #3988.. who was not only rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.. he LAUGHED at me TWICE as I explained that I was a single mom and an increase (even minimal) was not okay. The customer service was jaw dropping unacceptable. This kid apparently has no idea how to treat people and shouldn’t be answering phones for a business..
