I would like to ask Michael Kors to train their employees better!! These people have absolutely no idea about good customer service, they are rude and sarcastic and should not be allowed working with people! I called them because I wanted to know how can I return a defective item and they replied saying that all the information was on their site. I told them that I did not find it and that nasty lady told that I should have searched better. Tell me Michael Kors, is that how customer service rep should reply to a customer? I don't think so. And only because of their support service I will never buy from them again! I'm paying money and I want to receive a good customer service, but that's absolutely impossible with Michael Kors. Avoid!
