WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

This has been ***. I ordered a notebook and it has taken almost a month to get to me. I'm paying top dollar for a gift that now doesn't even matter as I've had to replace it since it's taken too long. My advice to anyong; STAY AWAY. They keep telling me this week or it takes 14 days, well it's been both and still nothing. I was offered a discount and I responded accepting. Since then I haven't heard from them at all. This has been a nightmare let me tell you... so upsetting from such an expensive company
