Worst customer service! Ugh!

About a month ago, I placed an online order. A couple days later I received an email from CS rep "Amy" saying they were out of one of the items I ordered. After a couple of exchanges, I requested the entire order to be cancelled. "Amy" came back saying sorry... we've already shipped the order and I can just refuse the package. Three weeks later, the package arrived and was not able refuse the package since I wasn't home to receive it. I wrote "Amy" back asking what I need to do thinking they would send me a return label, instead they told me to return the package on my expense to MALAYSIA! How is this situation my mistake? How does a company charge the entire amount of the order and ship it out without the entire order being filled?! No further response from the company! Rip off! Do not order from HoneyColor!
