Worst customer service that I ever encountered!

I purchased a lot of tools, tooling, machinery, etc. from Grizzly. The problem started with a set of end mills and end mill adapters. First-17 out of the 20 end mills fit perfectly into my set of end mill adapters. Grizzly sent me out another set of end mills. Then 19 out of 20 end mills fit perfectly. Getting better. Grizzly then sent me out the one 3/4"x3/4" 4-flute end mill. This third one still didn't fit my end mill adapter. Strangely the 3/4"x3/4" 2-flute end mill DID fit. %-( My offered solution was to have Grizzly fit their 2 and 4-flute end mills into their end mill adapter and send me those 3 pieces and I would return my defective one/s. But wait........ Grizzly says that they can't do this. I would have to send back both my end mill and end mill holder kits to them and then they would send me new kits. This does NOT guaranty that all 20 end mills will fit the new 6 end mill adapters. Basically I was told that if everything 'miked' OK, regardless if they physically fit or not the parts are good. How asinine! To mike a part is one thing and have the parts actually fit together is another. Tolerances are SO close. Thank you China!
