Worst customer service/ scam?

Hello. 1. I ordered something from their 'freebies' ad many weeks ago, and never received a confirmation email. 2. Tried to email them several times, as they list no phone number, and have never once gotten a response. 3. Obviously no way to deal with a refund for unreceived merchandise since they will not respond back. 4. Tried commenting on their webpage and it was removed. The day I commented, asking them where my stuff was, I saw other comments of the same upset nature. But now, when I went back, I saw that when you try to look at other comments (lots of angry emoticons are visible) you can not do it unless the comments are positive. Appears the disgruntled comments have all been removed and the 'viewing' settings have been 'customized'. I.E. Negative questions and comments were removed, and we have likely been blocked from commenting. 4. Have to wonder if this is a scam, if they are just incompetent, or just do not care about their customers. Sounds like all three. Very upset!!! Especially since this is the holiday season and people are purchasing gifts. A poorly run operation that took my money, plain and simple.
