Worst customer service on the planet

I have been a customer for seven years. Have a spinal cord injury and two ostomies. I need an inordinate amount of supplies to manage my condition. Every three months Edgepark drops the ball and requires new authorization for Medicare only they make no effort to get the appropriate Information. They don’t follow through. Every time I call I’m on the phone for at least an hour with no resolution. They send me from dept to dept where I have to go over the problems as if it’s the first time they’ve been informed. Their favorite line is “I’m sorry to hear that. All we can do is...”. They don’t care. They don’t know what they’re doing. They’re awful. I hate this company with a passion.
