WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE on the planet!!! AVOID!!!

Ordered a jigsaw puzzle for my daughter to give to her dad for Christmas. Website said ordering by 12/9 would ensure delivery by Christmas. As of today, 12/20, no update on order status or expected delivery date. So I call customer service. Automated system can't tell me anything, so I hold out for a human. Guy tells me that it is scheduled for delivery on 12/26. I indicate that this is unacceptable for a number of reasons and ask what they can do to make this right. He says nothing because it's a 3rd party vendor. I ask to speak to a Signals supervisor - since I ordered this through Signals - and he reiterates that he'll just have to pass along a message for the vendor to call me. I ask again, politely, to register my complaint with a Signals supervisor. He hangs up on me. Yup, that's right, hangs up on me entirely. I have never, ever had worse customer service, including from Comcast or United Airlines. And now my daughter has no Xmas present for her Dad. Happy holidays, Signals! Your catalogs are now cat litter to me. AVOID this company at all costs!!!
