Worst Customer Service Method

I am so frustrated with the way Stripe handles customer service. The inability to talk to someone in person is ridiculous. The back and forth between emails has wasted so much valuable time and nothing is ever resolved. I have repeatedly given available times for them to "contact us" to then receive an email not acknowledging those times or doing anything to resolve the issue. This experience has left me questioning the decision to use Stripe for our automatic payment system. It has been nearly two weeks trying to access our account! There has to be a better way. WORST METHODS OF CUMSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! User's recommendation: Only use them if you plan on never needing help or assistance.
