Worst customer service in recent memory

I placed an order earlier on the day. Received an email notification of my order being shipped where I saw a picture of blouse I didn’t order. I immediately contacted the company and they were unwilling to make it right and wouldn’t compensate me for the error. Never even apologized for the error. Worst customer service experience I can recall in recent memory
