Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. They will try to charge you for things you dont even have and hope that you fail to notice. TERRIBLE DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Charged me 2 rental fees for a coffee machine service that I cancelled in April when the driver came to restock it. We were almost out of their coffee and downsizing to a smaller machine and had no need for their machine anymore, so I told the driver to pick it up next month which would have been the beginning of May. He never returned. I have a suspicion that this was done on purpose so that they could charge me a rental fee on May 12th. When I got the bill on June 8th, I called right away and I was told that the driver never notified them that I wanted to cancel so "the charge was valid". The machine was literally sitting unplugged underneath a table because I did not even have their specifically large sized coffee packets to use the machine to make coffee. So essentially I was charged $44.99 for a machine that I asked to be picked up but never was. After I called to dispute this, I was told it was my fault for telling the driver and not calling the 1-800 number to cancel (as though I work for the company and I am supposed to know their cancellation policy and that telling the driver THAT WORKS FOR THEM was not sufficient). She then told me she would check with her supervisor to refund the fee, and I would hear back about their decision in 24 to 48 hours. They never called back. The machine was originally scheduled to be picked up on June 15th, a full week after I had cancelled the service formally over the phone with the company. The driver called that Friday June 15th and said he was in Milwaukee and could not make it, but he would come Monday June 18th. He picked up the machine Monday June 18th, and low and behold I GOT ANOTHER RENTAL FEE FOR JUNE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNFREAKINGBELIEVABLE!!!!!!! DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY! I THREATENED TO WRITE A BAD REVIEW AND GO TO BBB WITH A COMPLAINT (WHICH I DID AND I WAS ONE OF OVER 1,000 BAD COMPLAINTS - THEY HAVE A 98% BAD RATING ON BBB) SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE AND LOTS OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT USE THEM!!!
