Worst customer service I even seen

When I was placing my order, the AJPM Guy locked the price and asked me for the Check Number. Since I did not have the check book handy, he asked me to call back with the check number. When I tried reaching them the line went into voice message and I left a message with my Check Number. I was expecting a call from their customer Service to the confirm that they indeed got my check number so that I can mail my check. But they did not call me back. After 3 weeks one of their guy calls me and started threatening me straight away without knowing the details. How the hell I can trust a company/store who even cannot call me to confirm the my check number. Worst customer service I even seen.
